Weeks 4-5
Master self-check-ins & prioritize your basic needs.
Learn how to check in with yourself in just 2 minutes a day. This simple habit, along with regulating tools, will transform your life. Focus on your 6 basic needs and explore the different types of rest. Worksheets and habit trackers will keep you on track and consistent.
Weeks 6-7
Transform your mental health.
Tackle anxiety head-on and uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Learn to create new, empowering beliefs!
Weeks 8-9Â
Emotional regulation & shadow work.
Dive into the power of emotional regulation and learn how to process your emotions without getting overwhelmed and suppressing.
