Discover how stress moves through your body and why it gets stuck. Use practical strategies to address the stress, so your body can return to its new baseline of regulation. 

Weeks 4-5

Master self-check-ins & prioritize your basic needs.

Learn how to check in with yourself in just 2 minutes a day. This simple habit, along with regulating tools, will transform your life. Focus on your 6 basic needs and explore the different types of rest. Worksheets and habit trackers will keep you on track and consistent.

Weeks 6-7

Transform your mental health.

Hold space for & minimize anxious thoughts, uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, & learn to create new, empowering beliefs!

Weeks 8-9 

Emotional regulation & shadow work.

Dive into the power of emotional regulation and learn how to process your emotions without getting overwhelmed or suppressing big feelings. This work will help uncover hidden patterns and beliefs that affect your behavior. Start integrating new tools to help you respond during stressful times.

Weeks 10-12

Boundaries, universal laws & productivity.

Master the art of setting boundaries that protect your energy. Learn the universal laws that guide personal growth, manifestation, and gain practical tips for boosting productivity. Finally, discover how to create more time for yourself and create goals that align with your true self.
